F A Q
Training Questions:
Q: How much does training cost?
A: Training cost varies depending on what your horse needs and how long the horse
is in training. Contact us for training consultation and pricing.
Q: Will my horse be kept in a stall or in the field? Is it turned out with other horses?
A: Your horse will stay in a stall with an attached private run out. We do not turn your horse out with other horses to prevent injury. Since horses are social animals, they will still be able to see other horses so they do not become stressed or bored.
Q: What will my horse be fed? What if he is on special feed, supplements or medication?
A: Every horse is different. Depending on the horses' needs, his diet might change throughout his training. If your horse is on any supplements or medications we will be happy to give them to your horse. Diets can be discussed before and during the horses training. Any requested feed, supplements or medications will be at the owners expense.
Q: Do I need to provide tack or blankets for my horse?
A: You do not need to bring any tack for your horse. Just bring your horse with his halter. If your horse is here for training during the winter and you wish for your horse to have a blanket you must provide it.
* Please note, before riding ANY horse on the ranch you must sign a hold harmless agreement. If you are under 18, it must be signed by a parent or guardian. We highly encourage riders wear an ASTM/SEI certified helmet.
